MEET CJ AND OLIVER
Founders
CJ and Oliver moved to London in the year 1999 with promising dreams and hopes to work as Cardiac Nurses to uplift their own lives and their family. However, every overseas working Filipino knows that it’s not an easy life with all the glam and lavish lifestyle. And CJ and Oliver were not strangers to this feeling. It’s already difficult enough to work in a foreign environment, and sometimes they have to work 2-3 jobs just to support the needs of their families in the Philippines.
CJ and Oliver eventually saved enough to invest on one property in the Philippines so they could have a place to stay with their own family each time they went back home. A few years later they discovered that they could rent out this place through airbnb. With enough hard work, they were able to invest for another property for rental and thus they came to realization: No overseas Filipino worker has to sacrifice as much as being apart from their family just to afford their dreams with them. Out of this idea, Airliving Plus was founded.
No stronger bond than family
We are dedicated to manifest our mission to help overseas Filipino workers be with their families and have the financial stability to afford their dream to keep nurturing this bond. And Through the hardship of being abroad working as Nurses, CJ and Oliver learned that there is no stronger bond than family. It is a bittersweet experience to be away with your loved ones for a long time and then finally having the time to be with them for a while. Client Advocacy
Being former overseas Filipino workers, we do relate to the hardships and sacrifices of our fellow Filipino workers abroad. Working in a foreign country is never easy and sometimes can be unforgiving. The same goes for having and managing a business while you’re working 9 hours a day or even more. With this experience we want Airliving Plus to leave these burdens to our experience and expertise.

Our standard for excellence was nurtured through our founders, CJ and Oliver’s years and years of hard work in a competitive professional setting. Working with people with prestigious medical professionals, they realized that us Filipinos can be just as globally competitive as anyone regardless of their ethnic heritage.
Integrity
Being a person of integrity means doing what is right regardless of recognition. We take this very cautiously as we value nothing more than our client’s trust. Having been business owners managing a business away from you is daunting and the one of the top challenges there is having very few people you can trust and rely on. Let’s face it you can be abused just by asking a simple favor because of the fact you’re overseas. We strongly believe that no one deserves this and so, we strive to be as transparent with our owners whom we treat as our own business partners.
Exceptional Communication
An excessive amount of problems are made just out of bad communication. Some of these problems can be intentional or not. Back when the founders were working in the medical industry, a small miscommunication can be life-threatening. Trust us, over years of running our own vacation rental business, we learned this lesson over and over. We believe that Exceptional Communication is vital to this business to preserve trust and peace of mind both to our owners and guests.
